The “Vietnamese Youth - Cultivating virtues, leading the future” program for high schools, vocational and continuing education centers across the country with the theme of “LEAD WITH LOF” - “Let love guide the future”.

The program aims to help children raise their awareness, create ideals and aspirations to contribute towards: Living with gratitude and responsibility; aspirations and actions; love and sharing; bravery and discipline; healthy and safe; To create an environment for union members and students to exchange ideas, learn, share, develop their own strengths, discover their own capacities and abilities, contributing to the formation and cultivation health, knowledge and skills necessary for worldwide integration in union members and young people of the new era, and also to the career orientation for each student, directing them to the standard values ​​of society.

Secretary of the Youth Union’s ExCo, President of the Vietnam’s Student Union Nguyen Minh Triet said that this is an all-rounded playground for young people.

According to Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet - Secretary of the Youth Union’s ExCo, President of the Vietnam’s Student Association: “The program contributes to building a class of union members, youth and students “both spry and professional”, organizing career orientation programs as well as serving as an intellectual, cultural and physical playground to give students more opportunities for a complete development. The program has gathered data and initiated career guidance applications to help students think and explore their and their society’s own passions, strengths, abilities, and needs; therefore, they can identify career areas that need attention, investment, and time to accumulate appropriate knowledge and experience beforehand. In this searching process, students will have a clearer view of their future as the basis for choosing majors and focal paths after that with appropriate concentration so that the chosen path is firm and smooth-sailing while reducing the learning pressure from other fields.”

Ms. Dang Pham Minh Loan - General Director of IDP International Dairy Joint Stock Company shared that Lead with Lof is a closed philosophy of happiness.
