On November 19, 2023, GALA HAT 2023: White Night, an event organized by Hanoi - Amsterdam Art Team (HAT) took place at the Army Theater (Hanoi). The performance garnered great attention and support from hundreds of audience members thanks to the highly sophisticated and enticing acts performed by talented high school students. This year, GALA HAT presented a musical named “White Night” to the audience, which aimed to deliver a message about empathy and respect between the many “selves” in our lives and in turn evoked in each of us deeply philosophical thoughts.
Basking in the effervescent atmosphere of the approaching Vietnamese Teacher’s Day on November 20th, we might also find ourselves chancing upon sincere words, hearts swelling with gratitude and the sweet emotions between students and their beloved "ferry rower". Amid such exhilaration, Ams Wide Web had the opportunity to listen to the small snippets and heartfelt remarks from Mrs Le Thi Thanh Huyen, a teacher of Literature. Thanks to her heartfelt discussions, we gain a fresh insight into the precious little things that have strengthened her resolve in the journey alongside blackboards and white chalks.
On November 23, a meeting took place between teachers and students of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School and one of the current leading universities in Vietnam - FPT Corporation. The conversation led to strategic cooperation opportunities in human and technological development and valuable insights in the field of Education. Thereby, the meeting witnessed the presence of nearly 200 Amsers.
On the 27th October 2023, the Grand Finale of Ngay Hoi Anh Tai (NHAT) was organized, with the participation of a large number of students, parents and teachers in the school. On 27/10/2023, the Finale Night of Ngay Hoi Anh Tai—an annual festival organized by the students of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted—was successfully organized, marking another vibrant season. This year, returning with the theme of Estampilla - Imprint, NHAT’23 wants to send a special message: Opportunities to show off your individuality are rare, so don’t let anyone hinder your aspirations!
