THE OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT OF THE 2020 IOM TEAM
On December 16, 17 and 19, the 2020 IOM (International Olympiad of Metropolises), consisted of eight exceptional and excellent students from 12th grade maths, physics, chemistry classes of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School had successfully completed the international Olympic competition and brought home many proud achievements.
The International Olympiad of Metropolises (IOM) is an International Team Game, annually held in Moscow. Participants are students between the ages of 14 and 18, living in the world's largest cities. Each participating team consists of 8 students who must possess great knowledge of mathematics, chemistry, physics and informatics to be able to compete with many different representatives from many big cities around the world.
Due to the tense situation of Covid 19 around the world, the Metropolis 2020 team took an online competition at school on December 16, 17 and 19. Although the situation was a bit unfavorable, the school team, with high determination, still achieved unexpected achievements:

In addition, student Nguyen Le Duc Hoang (12 physics 1) also won the International Gold Medal in Physics, contributing to international achievements of the school.
