The online competition about the 13th Party Congress Resolution was organized by the Secretariat of the Union Central Committee. The contest aims to help provide the masses with insights on the Resolution of the Party Congress, propagate and educate union members and young people to understand and firmly grasp the important nature of the 12th Party Congress Resolution and the commitment of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to it. The event’s organizers wished to incentivize youngsters to be self-aware about their responsibilities in both the safety and the prosperity of Vietnam.

In the 4.0 era, the use of modern digital technology became the highlight of the contest (Vietnamese Youth mobile application), as it’s in line with the needs of the younger generation. Participating in a variety of competing forms, each contestant was certain to have developed a better understanding of the 13th Party Congress Documents & the Action Plan of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to implement the Resolution of the Vietnamese Communist Party.

With this contest, the Youth Union of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted had sufficiently provided high school students with information about the time, method and rules of the contest beforehand. Thus, it attracted a large number of entries from enthusiastic contestants.

The Weekly Contest was held for 5 weeks, starting from September 15 to October 24, and received a very positive response from students.
