The End of school year ceremony of teachers and students of class 10 Literature

It was the first face-to-face Closing ceremony of students and teachers at Ams due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Even though they had to rush the ceremony because of unfavourable weather, teachers and students of Ams were in full attendance and paid careful attention to the event.

After the Closing ceremony of the whole school, in the classrooms, homeroom teachers and students continued to organise the Year-end ceremony in following sections: summarising the class’ achievements in the past academic year by areas of learning, discipline, extracurricular activities, honourable mentions. Individuals with excellent accomplishments were then awarded. Teachers and students learn from this year’s experiences before devising teaching and learning plans for the upcoming 2022 - 2023 school year.

The past school year had been unique for teachers and students of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted. As a result of the troublesome developments of the pandemic, teachers and students of the school faced many difficulties. Triumphing all those challenges, Ams’ students never stopped striving to train and improve academic achievement, discipline, and extracurricular activities participation. Thus, they embodied the tradition of quality education for generations of students at a top-tier high school in Hanoi.

The Closing ceremony had left many feelings and sorrows in the hearts of the 9th and 12th grade students who are about to graduate. Affected by three years of the pandemic, those students could not spend all their school days under the roof of our dearest Ams. Fortunately, the pandemic has been under control, so they had the opportunity to return to school and participate in the Year-end ceremony directly.

The school year 2021 - 2022 has ended with many outstanding feats of teachers and students at Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted. On behalf of the School’s Website Editorial Board, I wish the teachers and students of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted will forever strive to improve and conquer even higher mountains in the upcoming 2022 - 2023 school year.
